Course Description
|
The student will be able to identify the Target lock(s), the doors or hardware that they are on and determine the best method of defeat; enter the target facility, take control of the asset and exit the target facility without leaving evidence of the entry. |
Interim Performance Objectives
• Identify pin tumbler locks and wafer locks both foreign and domestic.
• Identify a multitude of defeat/bypass tools and related equipment.
• Determine the Handing and/or function of Doors and Locks.
• Understand the correct procedure to defeat these locks.
• Identify various aids and tools used to make key blanks and
key replication.
• Be more than competent in the use of these various aids and tools. |

Method of Evaluation
Students must be able to demonstrate proficiency in defeating a variety of locks through accepted surreptitious, covert and forced entry techniques. |
